Good position to access the town centre but in a quiet spot. Parking is a small issue as its on street, although there are places nearby. There are steep steps up to the front door which may be an issue for less mobile people or with prams. Currently next door has scaffolding and roof work so there is some noise though the builders only started around 9am and finished at the latest by 5pm. Nice garden which is enclosed so safe for children. Good sized rooms and nicely furnished. Downstairs toilet.
