Overall disappointed

Spacious, close to the lovely old town for bars and restaurants, bus into centre and beach is only 10 mins walk away.

Facilities not as advertised, Hot Tub was a Jacuzzi bath, the premises are advertised as having Outside Terrace and BBQ, but this is apt. specific which is not made clear. We booked for these facilities, but ours was the last apt available when we booked so we didnt have either, even though facilities were still advertised on our confirmation. The place stunk of smoke even though meant to be non smoking. Not much info about what to do, the brochures in the apt. were from 2020 & 2021. Online Instructions for Jacuzzi did not work as internet for Odelys Residence gives an "insecure" warning and will not connect. Its an old noisy building, we had 2 boisterous young children in the apt above! Would not agree with statement " best value for money"

Slightly damp smell being a basement flat. The plumbing for bathroom sink doesn’t drain well, takes a long time for water to drain completely as it seems to be clogged.

Nice stay not far from the city center

Location, cleanliness, nice decoration, comfy beds.

The water boiler is in the bedroom, works at night making various noises as the water is heating up.

Apartment is nice and located near the old city

baby bed is very old and not comfy. host did not prepare the bed for the baby we did not know how to use it was stresful to make it I was worried my baby will have no bed to sleep as we dont use such foldable bed. if you prepare the bed for guests so please prepare the bed for their baby as well. baby bath was dirty and baby chancing table also I never used it because of this. I would also clearn better the Jakuzzi , it seems lile appartement was briefly cleaned before our arrival. P.S. We received very unpolite message from the owner, and we changed our rating. We think this is what you deserve. First of all we provide FEEDBACK on your appartment, so you can make it better next time for other travellers. And we're not suppose to be ashamed of it. We didn't use bathrobes as doormat for our dog. Our dog was sleeping in a bedroom. And it's not YOU who don't want to recieve us anymore in future, it is US who will never again use any of your appartments. More than this, we will also say it to everybody who will ask our recommendations when travelling to France. Au revoir!

Mise à part quelques bricole le séjours du agréable et reposant .

Je pense qu’il manque un peut au niveau nettoyage et hygiènes , le ménage est fait ok mais pas correctement , un bon détartrage du jaccuzi serait bien car une fois lancer il y’a pleins de calcaire qui sort des buse ce n’est pas ouf . De même pour la cabine de douche …. Donc je pense qu’on faut sérieusement revoir cela
