The views from the apartment overlooking the sea was indeed superb!

The host, Dominique, was very helpful (via messaging). We didn't meet him in person. Just received a door code, which was okay--easier and convenient. He suggested a very good restaurant when I asked him. We enjoyed our New Year's eve dinner there. The living/kitchen area of the apartment is well-designed. Simple, good-sized for 3 (maximum 4) , comfy and cozy. Everything we needed was there. Very important. Safe and quiet neighborhood -- most important. Close to big supermarkets and the city center. A plus. Walking distance to the naval base. From the apartment, it was fun to see a military submarine circling in the water at breakfast time. Plenty of hiking places by the sea. My favorite of all in this trip. Overall, we had a pleasant stay there. The panoramic views overlooking the sea was the selling point especially on dry, sunny days.

Minor : The combined bath/shower wasn't my type, but it could've been okay if the shower curtain setup wasn't that tight. It's like you're wearing a cape while taking a shower. There should be a curtain rail "outside the area of the bathtub". But you can choose not to use the shower curtain if you're careful enough not to let the water splash all over the bathroom. I was able to manage well , but not my husband and daughter. This issue can easily be addressed by the owner. Minor: The entrance to the building is kind of mossy. I almost slipped and if I did could've been tragic. However, the building itself, inside, was clean (so it was okay). The lift was not so fast, but working properly. Minor: The metal rod for hanging clothes in the closet needs support in the middle or it won't work at all.

Un séjour de rêve ❤️

Évidemment la vue est un must et c’est la raison première de notre choix 🤩. Ne vous fiez surtout pas à l’environnement du logement c’est hyper tranquille et sécurisant 🥰….. après toute une journée passée en extérieur c’était un vrai bonheur de rentrer et de se poser avec cette merveilleuse vue ❤️. La communication avec le propriétaire est vraiment top , hyper actif et réactif c’est vraiment génial 🤩

Un séjour parfait ! L'appartement était très propre, bien équipé et conforme aux photos. La vue sur la mer était tout simplement sublime, un vrai moment de calme et de détente. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Die Unterkunft lebt von ihrem Blick aufs Meer und der sehr guten Ausstattung der Küche.

Die Lage mit dem Blick auf das Meer war super und die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut.

Der Geruch beim betreten des Hauses war komisch und wirkte nicht besonders einladend. Da man in das Haus kommt indem man lange den Klingelknopf drückt, wurden wir Nachts geweckt, scheinbar wissen das auch andere wie man ins Haus kommt. Die Ausstattung war sehr umfangreich aber abgewohnt. Die Fenster wurden scheinbar schon länger nicht geputzt und der Durchlauferhitzer gab einen hohen Pfeifton von sich. Es war soweit oberflächlich alles sauber aber auf dem Bettschoner waren Haare und die Dekokissen waren fleckig. Die Wohnung verfügte über einen elektronischen Zugang. Dieser sollte bis 10 Uhr zugänglich sein. Leider war es nicht mehr möglich kurz vor 10 Uhr nochmal in die Wohnung zu kommen. Wir brauchten auch generell mehrere Versuche, um überhaupt den Zahlencode eingeben zu können.

Vue splendide

Vue magnifique. L'emplacement de parking est appréciable ainsi que le balcon et la grande télé. Propriétaire très réactif (suite à une impossibilité de connexion de la télé)

De meilleurs fauteuils de salon seraient appréciables pour profiter pleinement de la vue. Le paiement pour les draps devraient être + explicite dans le descriptif de l'appartement. Une alèse neuve serait bienvenue 🙂

La vue sur la rade de Brest est magique. L’appartement est très bien situé et bien équipé.

Il faudrait mieux préciser dans l’annonce que les draps et les serviettes sont en supplément.

Très bel appartement, avec vue magnifique

Un très bel appartement, bien agencé et très bien équipé. Une vue sur mer magnifique, un appartement très cosy. Un hôte plus que disponible et très réactif en cas de besoin. Porte d'entrée totalement sécurisé c'est vraiment top et pas de crainte de perte de clés +++

Un seul petit bémol pour moi, les draps ne sont pas fournis c'est dommage, et j'ai trouvé qu'il faisait un peu froid dans l'appartement moi qui suis très frileuse.

La côte bretonne est superbe

La vue, (rente de situation :-) )la propreté, les équipements , une place numérotée (sur un parking collectif, non clos, non couvert), la WIFI, la mise à disposition de jumelles

le quartier non attrayant (voiture indispensable ) L'immeuble de 10 étages, quelconque, mais c'est le prix de la vue :-) Les 1O% de TVA sur la facture Le fait qu'il ne soit pas dit explicitement que le linge ne soit pas inclus ni fourni dans le prix Et de l'apprendre après la confirmation ,avoir payé et fourni les scans des CNI C'aurait été un critère de choix et d'organisation (payer les 15 euros supplémentaires demandés ou amener le linge en avion de chez nous), ou choisir une autre location Relations impersonnelles par mails
