The apartment was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Lovely living area with balcony that overlooked the Matterhorn.

The property was beautiful and clean. Great location…close but not too close to everything (we like to walk). Easy access to skiing via walking to lift or taking the free bus to a gondola. The place had all of the amenities we needed.

Es ist ein sehr schönes und gemütliches Appartment mit Aussicht aufs Matterhorn. Top ausgestattet, wenn man sich auch mal selbst versorgen will im unglaublich teuren Zermatt.
Der Fußboden war leider immer ziemlich kalt (Hausschuhe wären toll) und die oberen Stockbetten eignen sich wirklich fast nur für Kinder.

Customer service manager Anita is extremely blunt, can’t feel any welcoming or friendliness. The property itself is dated, there’s a cracked glass in a washroom and I have told the cleaner when I checked out to avoid the future guest used it just like I did.
