5Pax Studio-Bring Joy & Simplicity Into Life at Setia Alam by Verano

Parking bit far from lif.

All

The aircond quite slow.

the decorations are super nice

1. bathroom - slippery, the tile used not suitable for the bathroom. elderly & kids can easily fall, even my friends & i almost fell down. i think the owner should take an action on this. 2. pantry/kitchen - all the utensils got cockroach smell. have to wash few times and rinse it with hot water. the plumbing in the pantry/kitchen got unpleasant smell. 3. upon arrival i was confused to get the access card, so i tried to call the owner but Michelle didn’t pickup even call or whatsapp me back. maybe you should edit your instructions to get the access card. in that instructions u should write “park outside first then get into the lobby and get the access card” so people will not confuse next time as once entered need to tap your tngo. oh well we just decide to park on visitor parking instead (luckily it just rm4 for like 24hrs)

NICE DECOR. SIMPLE

THE HOST CHARGE RM300 FOR THE DEPOSIT WHICH IS SIMILAR TO THE RENT. ON THE BOOKING WEBSITE THE RENTAL IS ONLY RM294 BUT CHARGED MORE {386) WHERE THE HOST MENTIONED THAT IT INCLUDES THE CLEANING AND ADMIN CHARGES. NO BREAKDOWN WAS GIVEN BEFORE PAYMENT WAS MADE. AFTER CHECKOUT I WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA RM40 CHARGED FROM THE DEPOSIT DUE TO A STAIN ON BEDSHEET WHICH I HAVEN'T EVEN NOTICED.
