It is near ro the mall, which we can walk to the mall and it is covered walkway. The host very friendly assist me a lot . It is easy communiacte with them. The room clean

Clean and organised space, everything was provided in realistic portions (e.g. dishwashing liquid, bath supplies, etc). Beds were comfortable enough for a good night's rest for my entire family. ❤️ Cutleries, diningware, etc were sufficient for our needs during the stay. Overall a great stay. Thank you, owner! ☺️

1) Small issue: Not enough toilet paper. The mall is just opposite us, so it was convenient to get the TP of our choice. ☺️ 2) One of the previous staycation-ers did not clean up glasses and cutleries properly: Two drinking glasses had dried up pink lipstick marks on them....the marked part of the glasses were turned to face the wall, so it was only visible when I wanted to use the glass, and a small knife was coated with oil). I washed them up before using them.

The building itself has all that a traveler would need. Shah Alam mall is connected via internal bridge from level 3. It has gym and swimming facilities.

1- We had to clean all around the place again. Human heir at every corner. Under the bed, carpet and behind everything you touch. 2-Had I known all the hassles that came with the pickup and drop off keys, I wouldn’t have booked the appointment. Honestly for a foreigner coming to the country for the first time this process is so stressful, inconvenient and unprofessional. What an outdated process. Imagine arriving KL in a late flight with kids..As soon as you get you internet back you receive a punch of instructions in your WhatsApp that tells you to 1- deposit fund before picking up the key 2- Send your taxi/car number plate so you have access to an address where .. 3- needed to go somewhere else to pickup a key pass midnight. You need to give your taxi driver 2 separate addresses of course. 4- go to this address where you need to pass security guards before arriving and n a house a pickup a key. Then head to this address you have booked originally thinking that’s such a beautiful appartment. 5- Checking out follow similar process..sad. This will definitely take away the enjoyment from any guest. Anyway that’s all I can say for now. Hope they can add the process to the booking page so others understand what they’re getting into.

Location is just next to the mall

It was advertised that someone will meet us at the location to pass us the keys, however, we had to drive 5 minutes from the location to get & return the keys. It will be a hassle if you are using a taxi or grab to get to the place.
