superbe appartement vaste et confortable avec une large vue du balcon sur la mer et le village de Molfeta, entièrement carrelé et avec tout le confort . parking facile et gratuit devant, situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique et du port. Très bien placé pour visiter cette partie des Pouilles et vivre "à l'italienne".
Quelques difficultés pour y rentrer car la boite à clé, dont j'avais eu le code, est située sur le palier au 5ème étage à la porte de l'appartement. Mais il fallait le savoir et surtout pouvoir rentrer dans l'immeuble. Vite oubliées par le lieu et la gentillesse de Laura et Nicola.

Bardzo miły właściciel. Apartament przy promenadzie. Bardzo czysto i przestronnie. Duża kuchnia, duża sypialnia i bardzo duży salon z podwójnym balkonem. Można na nim postawić mały stolik, zjeść śniadanie ciesząc się widokiem na morze. 300-400 metrów do starej części miasta i portu. Świetne miejsce na wypady w inne miejsca w Apulii.
Nie tyle nie podobało, raczej maleńka gimnastyka. Jak ktoś się wybiera samochodem to musi opanować system parkowania we Włoszech. Miejsca białe darmowe, niebieskie płatne i żółte zarezerwowane. Warto szukać miejsc przy promenadzie, są darmowe i można je trafić. I uwaga ! W strefie ZTL nie stawiać samochodu a nawet nie wjeżdżać.

Wonderful apartment with direct sea view from the balconies, high speed internet and close to the old town and the center. The owner of the apartment, Mr. Nikola, is a very responsive man. He helped with parking and everything we asked for. Good and chip regional trains from Molfetta to other cities.
No complaints about the apartment and the owner. Molfetta is not tourist city. Narrow streets and pedestrian lanes, cars everywhere across both sides of the streets, no trees, just buildings. No safe parking for long term.
