About this villa rental
The structure is located in the territory of Molfetta about 5 km from the center in a context of seasonal and non-seasonal villas, surrounded by olive groves.
It can be easily reached from the provincial Molfetta-Terlizzi by turning right at km 4 and taking another 250 meters of internal road.
The property is a 70 sqm villa including a 25 sqm covered veranda, entirely made with traditional materials (tuff rock and wooden roof, roof and attic) developed on one level.
Inside there is the living room, the kitchenette, bathroom with shower and bedroom with adjoining closet
The structure is equipped with air conditioning and heating.
The water heater supplies hot water.
The rooms are furnished and there are 4 beds, two of which are bunk beds, kitchen, microwave, refrigerator.
Outside the garden (1000sqm) with indigenous Mediterranean plants (olive, mulberry, fig), with a lawn that makes your stay outdoors pleasant
There is a swimming pool with two pools with staggered levels each of about 15 square meters with a depth of 90 and 180 cm equipped with a shower and counter-current swimming.
You can reach the center of Terlizzi along 2.5 km, the closest restaurant is 1.5 km away, the sea (Mofetta) is 5 km away.

Location idéale l'été pour la vie en extérieur, le jardin est d'une fraîcheur incroyable, les 3 figuiers ont alimentés nos petits déjeuners, la situation de la location permet de rayonner dans le nord des Pouilles.
Nos hôtes ont été très sympathiques, Claudia et son père ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont permis un accès à la mer pour que notre chien puisse se baigner.
Magnifique séjour, à recommander.

This is a very nice cottage with nice surroundings. The patio is an excellent place for a meal while looking an the trees and gardens of the property. It is in a rural setting but is very close to the main highway - SS16. It is an very nice location to explore the Adriatic coast of Puglia.
The Bedroom has one bed in addition to bunk beds. The kitchen and living room are nicely appointed. You can drive your car through the entrance gate and park right next to the cottage - very convenient.
We would have rated this a 5 except that the wifi was weak and it would have been better if the owner took payment by credit card. Minor inconveniences to what was a wonderful stay.
The owner, Tiziano, is very personable and was responsive/ helplful with all our requests and needs. We would definitely like to book this cottage on our next trip to Puglia.
