Posizione strategica, vicino alla piazza con accanto sia una macelleria che un panificio ed in più con 2 minuti di passeggiata ti ritrovi sul porto.

Posizione davvero comoda, non molto lontana dal mare e dai servizi di prima necessità. Ottimo per chi vive poco l'appartamento al suo interno.
Umidità pazzesca all'interno dell'appartamento sopra ai limiti del normale con annesso odore abbastanza sgradevole. Durante le prime ore del mattino (06:00 / 08:00) si sentono parecchi rumori provenienti dalla strada, tra le macchine che passano e il negozio di bombole di fianco che svolge attività di carico/scarico.
