The villa is very spacious, clean, on a large property, has privacy, is safe. The location is a few minutes from Govinazzo by car. Edoardo helped us rent a car. The owners are very friendly, kind, try to help in every way. I can only say the best about the stay. We really enjoyed it there and had a wonderful trip. Thank you, Edoardo, Liliana, Gianfranco, Gigi!!! Luna, we love you!!!!

Lokalizacja idealna bardzo łatwy dojazd. Duży parking na posesji. Blisko dobrze zaopatrzony sklep.

A great winter stay with central heating for a couple. The house is charming and feels like a family home. We really enjoyed the friendly contact with the owners who live on the same plot of land, this made it a wonderfull stay for us.
Our two dogs loved the massive garden as did we.
Good to know:
1. check with the owners about bringing your dog before booking. They also have a friendly but timid dog.
2. You do hear the nearby road, not a problem for us but good to be aware of before booking.
3. You really need a car to get around, roads around the house are not safe for walking in our opinion.
The kitchen equipment is okay for normal cooking but could be more extensive if you like cooking a real italian dinner for more persons.
