Nice, big sunny room. Excellent position.
The bathroom outside of the room.is not ideal, but it was described, so no surprises. Also, the balcony is nice but could definitely use some renovations.

Bellissima la stanza e soprattutto il bagno, con la grande doccia. La posizione centrale e la presenza del parcheggio comunale sotto la struttura. Molto comodo

Porta della camera non insonorizzata con conseguente rumorosità proveniente dall'altra stanza.
