About this villa rental
Apartment in villa nearby the sea ideal for friends,couples or single travellers. We are a friendly couple, life lovers.
Good music, food and wine are always present in our place and if once in life you'd like to learn how to make fresh traditional pasta or focaccia or how to cook traditional fish dishes from Puglia, you are welcome.
Also if you are passionate about pizzica music you could learn the tamburrello tecnique in one to one lessons with Mario.
We suggest to guests to have their own car for mooving around, even there is a bus stop 300 mt far from us.

La casa in un bel posto tranquillo In mezzo a tante villette vicino al mare L'unico handicap è che dovrebbe essere più manutenzionato sia L'appartamento che intorno casa ma il proprietario dice che è in fase iniziale perciò ci metterà tutta la buona volontà se arriveranno altri clienti a riammodernare tutta la struttura Il proprietario è una persona gentile non si sentono rumori Lui abita sotto ci sono solo due appartamenti uno grande sopra e uno piccolo sotto c'è tanta Quiete forse l'unico rumore che arriva e dalla superstrada che sta un po' vicino

I was at Mario’s place for two nights only. This location is close to downtown Bari a few blocks from the waterfront and restaurants. There is a golf course a few miles away. Enjoy!

Il giardino sotto e' ricco di frutti e i nostri amici a 4 zampe possono giocare tranquillamente. Il sig.mario e' molto disponibile e ospitale facendoci sentire propio come a casa nostra.
