The area was quiet and peaceful.
The homestay dint have a host living there. So its only when someone books it, the caretaker comes in. The property isnt well maintained. No car parking facility inside the property.

The place had very beautiful front lawn and garden. The owners were very responsive and pleasent to communicate.
The facilities need major revamp. There were water seepage on the room walls. The toilet was broken and was eventually not repaired during the stay. In the other room the AC was broken. The approach road is not on very good condition. And the location shown on the boooking.com app is misleading. The property is quite off the main Prantik road. The owners mentioned that they have been unable to correct the location due to technical problems. The owners don't stay in or near the property and probably because of that some of the facilities are not in the proper condition. They were good to communicate though but eventually the price paid is not value for money at all.
