The location and the behaviour of the staff.
The room amenities were a bit less. The geysers were of lower capacity.

Too tasty
Location is too good but the entrance way of this hotel is not good. We went 3 times there but no development of entrance road. It should take care by the management.

They provided taxi early in the morning
It didn’t have facilities which it claimed like no kettle, no toilet paper. While booking it said that it’s within 100 m from Shantobitan Bengal tourism property but it was more than 5 km away.
