    Our recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. The most concerning issue was the lack of basic cleanliness. The rooms and bathrooms were poorly maintained, creating an uncomfortable and unhygienic environment. To make matters worse, the toilet doors did not close properly, which is a serious privacy and safety concern. Essential amenities were either missing or not functioning. The geyser was not working, leaving us without hot water. There was no water kettle provided, and even basic items like slippers were not available. These are standard facilities that any decent hotel should offer. Overall, this place shows a complete lack of attention to guest comfort and basic hospitality standards. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
