Spacious clean and comfortable
Although parking was close by it was usually full so had to park the other side of the bridge 10 mins walk both car parks cost £16 per day. Also not ideal if you have pushchairs as entrance to the house is up some steep steps

We loved the location and the sweet cottage . The village looks like a story book. Our accommodation was clean and well appointed. Tohid and Raminta the owners of the property were excellent and if we needed anything it was prompt and they were able to assist us. We walked into the main shopping area daily .

Very cosy and in a brilliant location. Was a lovely mix of modern and rustic and what you would expect from a seaside cottage. Great equipment throughout, loved the little touches of the named toiletries and tea and coffee, very nicely done.
Great communication from owners.
Also absolutely loved the pub which is just down lane, fab food and friendly welcome.
Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.
Very small niggles but would love instructions for Washer/drier, door hinges on master bedroom missing screws and bunkbeds in little room could do with a tighten up, especially if you had two children sleeping in them but this didn’t affect out stay.

We were excited to get back to Looe and the cottage was the perfect match to our needs as there aren’t many in the middle of Looe. The kitchen is excellent and the bedroom is comfortable, the location is right next to a local shop and a pub. The harbour is also literally a 2 min walk with also plenty of restaurants near by.
Unfortunately the wood burning fire has been condemned which is a shame as wanted to use it, the decking area is rottening and needs replacing and the cottage was a clean as hoped as the shower is mouldy and so the cottage overall needs some work to bring it back up to the price being charged
