Nigel was always available if we had any questions, the location was so peaceful and the house is spacious and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

It was in a peaceful setting, a short walk from the village itself. Perfect for some r&r
The only issue we had was the hot tub wasn’t fully functioning, we have received a refund for that part of our stay and Nigel was really helpful!

The Fern was perfect for our annual trip to a festival at Newark Showground, it’s a lovely property ideal for a group of up to 6 to stay close to events locally. The hosts are very welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed prior to our visit and also checked in with us during our stay. Already booked again for next year. Many thanks
