    Had great experience staying at Benesta. Beat suitable for a family with minimal cooking requirements. It's a complete furnished 1 BHK apartment with all the facilities. Location also near to major attractions.

    Lovely stay however communication needs to be a little better as we were supposed to be given a code prior to getting there but managed to sort this

    It took us 45 minutes to check in as we had not been sent the check-in instructions. When we entered the apartment , we were shocked by the revolving smell of old cigarettes smoke. It felt as if people had been smoking in the space for the past 5 years. As I demanded a change of apartment, I was told that it was not a possibility and they offered free cleaning that I refused because the smell would not be gone by cleaning. When after a day I accepted the offer with the condition that the apartment would bcome smell free, despite informing me that the cleaner will be there in the matter of an hour, I came back to an untouched apartment. The smell was so unbearable that we didn’t spend any time there apart for sleeping. The kitchen is poorly equipped. The area is very grey and uninspiring within 25 minutes hike to more lively neighbourhoods. The gym and swimming pool were not bad actually. And the free car park was a bonus. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again and would not suggest it to anyone.
