Spacious apartment with beautiful views . Less decorations. Thanks for the mineral water and cookies.

It was a good location for exploring the area.

It wasn’t very clean and there was dishes left in the dishwasher. Hair in the shower area.

Beautiful apartment, great views, complimentary wine, what more can you ask for.

Very nice apartment, had everything you need for a comfortable stay. And the complimentary Prosecco was a definite plus. 3rd floor apartment with a beautiful view, warm, cozy and very comfortable. Parking was charged at 3.50 euros/night but worth it. We absolutely loved the place.

Nice weekend in Leutasch

Leutasch plateau is a nice location with a beautiful views on green meadows with flowers and still snowy mountains (beg-May). Nice view from the balcony while drinking a welcome Prosecco ;-) The apartment is well equipped and decorated with the taste in all areas: living room+kitchen, bed room, bath room, WC. It comfortable. Value for money is good for 3 persons. WiFi works without any problems.

The balcony is on the 3rd floor above the "main" road, so expect some noise from the traffic. In the living room and bedroom the ceiling was low on one side so this may cause some discomfort if you are tall. It was clean, however we understood that there were guests with the dog before us ;-). The kitchen is somewhat small. Pan is rather simple (some food sticks). We also were missing some instructions what to do with the garbage (how to sort and where to put it).

Poor communication by host caused me to abandon my stay, but I paid full price nevertheless

When I booked, I indicated that I would arrive between 15:00 and 16:00. I received a message from booking.com that my arrival request had been accepted. I arrived at the address provided at 15:45, but could find no indication on the outside of the property that I was in the correct location (I could find nothing with the name "Andys Bergjewel" on the door, mailbox, etc.). I called the telephone number provided multiple times, and each went straight to voicemail. I also texted the number. I waiting in my car for an hour outside of the property, and after the hour expired--out of concern that I might have been scammed--I went to a different hotel and booked a stay. The Andys Bergjewel host contacted me at 17:30, after I'd already checked into the other hotel, and told me that they had been at a wedding and turned their phone off (despite the fact that I'd made my arrival intentions clear). I told the host that I'd made other arrangements, but no compensation was offered, and I paid the full rate even though I didn't stay at the property.

The apartment is great for a couple, I would live there full time if I could. Everything you need is there and the host has considered nearly everything. Checkin was simple. The apartment is luxurious.

Sublieme aanrader ! Perfect hygiënisch en zeer fijne bedden. De minibar werd ook zeker gewaardeerd. Communicatie was ook super goed.

OK, Lage könnte besser sein

Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Möbel sind modern. Es gibt eine Küche, Ausstattung gut. Willkommensgeschenke gibt es (Chips, Prosecco), wir würden uns aber eher über paar Kaffeekapseln gratis freuen.

Der Parkplatz kostet zusätzlich 3,50 Eur pro Tag, obwohl Parkplatz inkl. angegeben war. Für zwei Nächte waren das schon 7 Eur, absolut überzogen. Nachts ist es an der Straße sehr laut, wir konnten nicht schlafen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon Richtung Hauptstraße ist nicht schön, der Balkon kann eigentlich nicht genutzt werden. Wir würden uns aufgrund der Lage in Zukunft für eine andere Unterkunft entscheiden. Preis-Leistung ist mäßig.

Perfekt zum Kraft auftanken und entspannen.

Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Betten sind sehr bequem. Vom Balkon der Blick auf die Berge einfach herrlich.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Zentrale Lage, stilvolle Einrichtung, unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte mittels Schlüsseltresor, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden, Hunde erlaubt. Wir waren zum Langlauf hier und kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Wärmstens zu empfehlen- wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Es ist stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist unkompliziert, genauso wie das kontaktlose Ein- und Auschecken. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Der Supermarkt, Verleih von Ski und die Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig. Loipen zum Skifahren befinden sich direkt hinterm Haus. Mit dem Bus hat man eine gute Anbindung zu den nahegelegenen Sesselliften bzw. in andere Ortschaften.

Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und geräumig. Schönes Bad und eigene Toilette, Aufzug im Haus. Die Lage ist absolut genial, da die Loipen direkt am Haus vorbei gehen, man einen schönen Blick auf die Berge hat, außerdem Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußläufig erreichbar.

Mehr Kochgeschirr (Auflaufform für Ofen) könnte eventuell noch bereit gestellt werden .
