Property was very clean and comfortable and warm. Kitchen area is beautiful and well stocked with crockery, cutlery etc. with plenty of storage. Instructions on how to work oven and induction hop were available and easy to follow. There were plenty of cleaning products, cloths etc available to use. Beds were very comfy and the shower was absolutely fantastic. Terrace was great for sitting out for a drink. Views from the living room window were lovely all in all a great place to stay. Oh and a great place for your four legged friends. This is the second time I have stayed at 3 Thomlinson and I will deffo be back for a 3rd time. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

The location is excellent for local walking, clean and well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable and the shower was excellent. Good value .

Beautifully appointed, everything you could need is provided. High quality kitchen and equipment. Spotlessly clean. Nice touches like Prosecco and beer, many types of teabags and coffee pods etc. Very comfortable beds too! Easy parking outside on Haw hill. Very clear and precise instructions on everything.
As the lounge windows don’t open it does get very warm, especially in a heatwave!
