Las Americas Still Atlantic Apartment with Terrace & Views

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo ładne i czyste wnętrze oraz fantastyczny taras. Bardzo dobry, pomocny i sprawny kontakt z właścicielem.

Akurat w trakcie naszego pobytu była awaria bezpieczników po włączeniu tostera, ale problem udało się szybko rozwiązać dzięki pomocy gospodarza.

Location is superb, very handily placed for all that Las Americas has to offer and walking distance to Costa Adeje. Jamie was a brilliant host, gave us clear instructions and guidance for arrival and departure, and was always available to answer questions. The complex is very secure. The apartment is lovely, with the garden the jewel in the crown. Pool can be accessed directly from the apartment, across the upper sun deck and down a few stairs to the pool and bar area. The garden gets sun from 10am until after 7pm (July). Nice big smart TV which can actually be watched from the corner settee in the garden. Wi-fi is excellent. Kitchen has all that is needed on holiday (hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, plenty of utensils and a nice big fridge freezer. There is a dining table indoors and outdoors. Bedroom has a comfy double bed, plenty of storage spaces with lots of hangers, power sockets either side of the bed and a long mirror. No trouble at all sleeping on a night and much quieter than a hotel on a morning - no sunbed wars at this complex! We loved our 2-week holiday here and very much hope to return. Absolutely 100% recommend :)

Lovely apartment with all the things that make it home from home, Washing machine, Iron, Microwave and Hob and lovely relaxing outdoor area. Pool towels and bathroom towels are a great touch as well as the extra's left for us such as a bottle of water, bottle of red wine and all the essentials such as cleaning products, loo roll etc. Aircon in the bedroom is lovely and cool and with the outer doors closed it does cool the whole apartment. Direct access to the sun-loungers and pool area through a small gate is great as it's the only apartment where you can walk straight round. This is a residential complex which has holiday lets so always a sun-lounger available which compared to the big hotels where they are down at 7am to put a towel down, nice change not needing to do that, turn up anytime to get a bed and the pool was quiet most days with only a handful of people in at any one time. Nice bar area next to the pool with beer on draught at 3 euro's and choice of snacks from pizza, fries, toasties etc. It is located off a main street and above some shops and a couple of bars but we were surprised how quiet it was really in the evenings. Bearing in mind the world cup is going on and many games were played during our stay, with the patio door closed you couldn't really hear any noise in the bedroom. It is near Veronica's so a lot of footfall goes past to get the the bars and clubs of Veronica's but again certainly not a noise issue.

The only thing we could comment on which wasn't particularly something we didn't like it is just a fact, Although it has a full size fridge freezer with hob and microwave, there really isn't any storage space available if you plan on self catering, we ended up having to store all none fridge items on the dining table. Bread, cereals, fruit, crisps, biscuits, water etc. Would be nice to have either one drawer or cupboard.

Clean, central, very comfortable and the outdoors area is superb.
