Apartment was clean, well equipped, large terrace just for us, free parking , close to major amenities in Las Américas

The apartment wasn't as big as we were expecting and it was a little tired, the walls needed a wipe over or a repaint, no bins in the bathroom, the outside area was a little tatty broken patio chairs and very uncomfortable outside seating. The pool was lovely and immaculately clean and the sun loungers very comfy. It could do with some pot plants as quite bare but lovely and quite. Overall the apartment was a great base and the shower stayed hot for 5 of us we never had a problem. The host was super friendly and kind and communication was excellent from them. The apartment was cheap to rent, there are a few things that could be tied up but on the whole the beds were clean and comfy and we had everything we needed. The noise wasn't as bad as I thought it would be either and location was central to most things. If looking for a holiday where the accommodation isn't the most important this is the place, the pool area was exceptional and the pool man was very strict about everything but it did mean a tidy and clean space to hang out.

The outside seating area could do with some tidying up, patio chairs are broken and the rattan seating is very uncomfortable, and some the of the screens could do with replacing. Its quiet strange being in a mixed rental and residential space but there were no problems. Inside needs a paint job and the corridors need a lick of paint, but hey I don't go on holiday to worry about areas I'm not spending time in, like the walk ways.
