We spent 1 month in the villa with our little 5 months old son. The villa is exactly how it appears in the pictures. The cleaning was done extremely well (Thank you Victoria). Regarding the location it is very central in Las Americas and just 5 minutes walk to the sea.
The terrace it was spacious for taking the sun and having nice barbeque outside with friends.
Everything was very nice. There are some restaurants with loud music on the vicinity, but at midnight everything is getting quiet.
