Parque Santiago II Casa Sol y Mar

Beautiful apartment.basically in the middle of the town with all shops, restaurants, bars, beaches.Everything you need is in the apartment. Its spacious and so clean. Excellent hosts, Abel and Sylvia were great to deal with during our holiday and they left goodies for us also when we arrived. Lovely swimming pool right at your patio, great pool bar,and food on site. there's a back gate entrance in the complex straight out to the beach, shops, restaurants. Amazing. Great supermarket right beside you also that has everything you need.

Not a major factor and has nothing to do with the apartment, but just within the complex, you have to pay for sunbeds, cushions, and umbrellas every day.even if its jus for 1 hour or 2, you have to pay the full whack.

Apartment was located centrally in Las America's. Everything on doorstep yet noise from the strip doesn't impact. Apartment clean, well equipped and nice to have the outside space.

Only thing I can say was an issue for us was bed was hard ... but nothing I would say was impactful.

Great modernised property with everything you need for a good holidays. Travelled with 2 teenagers so sofa bed was a must. Great centralised location and quietly positioned with good access to the pool.
