The location had everything I wanted from a place to sleep, cook and prepare, while in Cluj-Napoca for almost a week. I did not use the TV as much, but everything else worked splendid. Pretty comfortable and close to the park, which allowed me to do some extra steps in the evening. The parking spot was super close to the apartment which was a need of mine. Overall the apartment exceeded my expectations, as it was something I could see myself living there.
The coffee machine did not work or I did not know how to use properly, without the coffee to have a foul taste. But you have a decent coffee if you walk 10 min, so no problem.
