Clean property, friendly host. Good value for money.
A bit hot inside, as not air conditioned, and stairs are a bit steep for elderly people. Beds are very noisy, so hard to fall asleep.

The room has 3 beds, no space for nothing else. but no chairs, table, sofa, no clima, no refrigarator. The parking is difficult, on the street, with one wheel on the sidewalk.
