Excellent communication from host prior to arrival, as well as being very accommodating, especially with check-in times. Fantastic location, only a few minutes walk into town. Comfortable beds and spacious living spaces. Nice touch leaving a pack of Welsh cakes and prosecco - neither of which lasted very long!!
We got lucky with parking but I can see how it might be difficult at times as the majority of street-side parking is permit only. Only minor criticism of the property itself would be the lack of toilet in the main upstairs Bathroom but there is one located just off the intermediate landing

Brilliant location - quiet but right next to all that Tenby has to offer so no need to drive anywhere. Very comfy too. We loved the quirky garden - great for sitting up late with a glass or two of something nice!

Mother and 2 daughters makel memories. Mum 85. . Little break together been a long time Lovely relaxing stay in a fantastic position.
Gorgeous living room with two comfy sofas.
Great 3 bedrooms .
Wonderful shower with loads of hot water . . lovely towels and bedding. Perfect. . Close to everything bars restaurant s beach shops. Carpark Sainsbury's . . Everything on the doorstep. Rebecca the host was very helpful and easy to contact. Perfect house for the fit as alot of steps. No issue for us.
Lovely welcome gift Prosecco, Welsh cakes and milk. .. Handy toilet in the garden area.
A bit of a Musty smell downstairs.
Crockery cupboard was Musky . The property is very old though beautifully presented.
Small toilet
. The garden could do with a tidy up.
Lots of steps 3 floors my mum is fit though not suitable for anyone with walking issues .

We had a great stay at Park Villa and would definately recommend this lovely accommodation! A few minutes walk from the multi storey & 5 minute walk into the centre of Tenby. It’s a charming big house old house with lovely decor, clean and well furnished with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable with lovely fresh bedding and soft towels. The kitchen had everything you could need.
There were also a few games, cards and dvd’s.
The garden was the highlight, very private and ideal for the summer months. Our daughter especially loved the friendly big ginger cat who visited regularly for a fuss (she named him mittens)
Rachel was an excellent host, great communication. And on hand if you need anything. The prosecco, welshcakes and milk were a lovely touch - thank you! We look forward to returning!
