Great location, cosy property but not the highest spec. Damp needs to be sorted

Location was brilliant and parking in premier inn, even tho it wasn’t the cheapest it was super convenient.

It was a bit damp in the house and gave my wife who has asthma a bad chest. We couldn’t open the bathroom window either which was a bit annoying when we used the toilet and shower.

Noisy road no yard/ back garden.church bells rang every hour no sleep

Clean. Beds comfortable

No back garden. Busy main rd very noisy. Literally small pavement no where to rake dogs off lead. Was advised beach however dogs not allowed until october. No real cleaning facilities. One food bag. Steep stairs no handrail. No mirrors in bedrooms. I wouldn’t say dog friendly left day early

Little gem in Tenby - great location

Location was amazing. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Shower was great. Loved it that tea and coffee was provided. We used the washing machine and dryer which meant less washing when we got home.

Only things that let it down was lack of mirrors. The only one was in the bathroom and it kept dropping down. You had to crouch to apply your make up and do your hair. Could have also done with a couple more wine glasses but these are really minor things. I would definitely stay again

Lovely house, like a home from home

Lovely little house and so close to the beaches and town centre, there's also a premier inn car park right behind the property too which helped. Host was quick to reply to messages before arrival. Board games provided was a nice little touch for if the weathers not too great and there's also some beach toys etc in the property for when the weather is nice.

A bit close to the main road so if you have little children it's something to bare in mind but this can't be helped.

Very pleasant

The location was ideal and very close to all amenities that Tenby has to offer. The property was clean and comfortable with lovely decor.

The tv was a bit temperamental and the lack of outdoor space sometimes problematic when visiting with a dog. The house had a slight smell.

No window in kitchen and the road was to close to front door. No where to dispose rubbish when bin bags was full 2nd step in bathroom was too deep

Quality and comfortable

Location was amazing, quality communication and service from the host who messaged us to check in info and then messaged to check we got there safe, House is well equipped with full kitchen and the beds as extremely comfortable. Smart TV on the wall and full broadband add to the quality provision in this property. Has all you need for a Tenby stay and is within a 2 min walk of town centre and 5 mins to the beaches

Main road is busy and the curb outside house is narrow so needed to be careful getting in and out of property which isn’t the hosts fault by any means but that is it, location and house are awesome.

Perfect

Our satnav sent us slightly wrong directions but the host was very useful giving us directions, and even messaged later to check we had arrived OK and were happy with everything. She also advised us on cheap parking locations. Very handy having a reasonably priced 24 hour car park right behind the house ! Love how many toys/games were available in the property to entertain kids as we forgot any toys for our small children, they were very happy

Only negative I could give is unfortunately the front door does open onto a main road, my 1 year old son did run onto the road, but location can't be helped. We just made sure the front door was always locked.

Beautiful little cottage in a stunning location.

The property is in a fantastic location. Minutes away from places to eat and the beach. The property was clean and tidy. The bedrooms were lovely with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. Lovely welcome pack with prosecco, Welsh cakes and milk. Very helpful booklet provided with ideas of things to do, places to eat etc. really lovely.

Excellent location, very clean, went over and above with lots of extras in the kitchen which perhaps you wouldn't expect. Clear instructions for guests with details of local attractions and restaurants etc. Strong WiFi, comfy lounge area. Very happy with the accommodation

Superb

Sands Reach was a lovely house, and we were made to feel very welcome. It's a fantastic location, just a 5-10 minute walk from pretty much anything we needed/wanted. We are a family of 5, and our 3 boys enjoyed it (especially as it had WiFi)! They had plenty of games as well to keep us entertained at night. It must've been good to keep a 7 year old and 2 teenage boys entertained.
