Conveniently located, clean and comfortable
The one shower had no shelves and leaked out the door, so the whole floor of the bathroom was wet

The place was as beautiful as the photos. Place in good condition with everything you need. Will definitely stay here again. Very Central to everything.

Modern building. Good security. Close to main roads, restaurants, shops & schools: Bishops, Rondebosch Boys, etc. Washer-dryer combo worked very well. Good wifi. Although small, nice living room.
Whole stay someone else occupied our parking spot! No aircon. Fans in bedrooms, but weather was terribly windy & hot, so needed to open windows. Main bedroom: blinds makes loud slapping noise when window open. Should install curtain like the other bedroom. Window wouldn't stay open. Terrible blocked-drain smell in 2nd bathroom. Carpets in bedrooms need cleaning. Main bedroom can do with an upgrade.
