Fantástico Apartamento en Primerísima Línea Playa

La cocina está bien equipada

No iba el telefonillo. Y le falta un juego de llaves

Ubicación para ir con 3 niños están bien.

No estaba muy limpio, sofá muy sucio y además no hay nada para salir a tomar algo.

In general, the apartment is rather good. It has all the facilities needed and a nice balcony. Never had a WC in the bedroom (the second WC) but that turned to be a bit handy. But nothing exceptional so the place is of a more interest. This is a bit far from Valencia - it takes 15 minutes to a bus stop and 50 minutes of the road to center. Or about 20-30 minutes by car. Also outside the season we couldn't find any opened shop nearby (15-20 minutes walk). So the place is quite good for those who doesn't like crowds. However the are several construction sites nearby and looks like the area will become more developed soon. For now there is a nice walk path along the sea shore with a view for nearby mountains at some points. The place is also unique because it is near a point where a stony beach turns into a sandy on. So if you want, you can enjoy the send one but I really recommend walking the stony one too. Sea stones are marvelous, nowhere saw anything like this. I collected at least dozen round and smooth stones of different colors. And of course sea shells. There are some places where waves moves stones and the resulting sound is incredible! There are people who come and sit there just to enjoy it. Also there are stony arbors directed to the sea with fishing sites.

The apartment is a bit old.

La cercanía a Valencia y a la playa. El fácil aparcamiento. La tranquilidad.

Tras una apariencia superficial de limpieza, había demasiada suciedad por todas partes. Era necesaria una limpieza en profundidad. Al igual que el mobiliario. En un principio todo parecía bien pero después había fracturas por humedad, el sofá estabs muy desencajado, la cisterna del cuarto no paraba de sonar, entraba muchísimo aire frío por la ventana de la habitación a pesar de tenera supuestamente cerrada. El polvo mezclado con la humedad genera una desagradable sensación de suciedad en todo el apartamento.
