La terraza.

Locatie was goed. Gratis parking op straat. Groot terras, groot appartement.
Het appartement is verouderd en op sommige plekken echt vies. Op de airco in de slaapkamer hangt een briefje met 'Deze is stuk, gebruik die van de eetkamer'. Daar ben je niet veel mee tijdens dagen van 30 graden. Noch de slaapkamer, noch de badkamer hadden echte deuren, maar schuifdeuren die niet helemaal sluiten. Qua privacy dus niet voldoende. Verduistering van de kamers is niet mogelijk, waardoor het al vanaf 4 u 's ochtends licht wordt. Het extra bed in de living staat fijn in een nis, maar is echt verouderd en van slechte kwaliteit. Het licht in de badkamer begint na 5 minuten te knipperen, waardoor je eigenlijk altijd de deur moet open laten. Veel dingen ook stuk: het tafeltje buiten is doorgeroest, de wc-bril lag los op de toilet, tegels die loskomen... Het geheel heeft een zware update nodig.
