Cómodo, sencillo, cumplió con lo que necesitaba.
El alojamiento está muy sucio. No se si controlarán al personal de limpieza pero había un papel de chocolate sobre un mueble, restos de lo que creo que eran vomitos pegados debajo del hinodoro y en la pared detrás del mismo, pelos por el suelo, piso mal lavado. La mampara de la ducha está incompleta, le falta un pedazo por lo que al bañarse hay que lavar el piso y secar si o si porque la mitad del agua cae fuera. Lo menciono porque es la experiencia que tuvimos pero tampoco son quejas como tal… ya que por el precio que pagué cumplió bien… yo tengo varios departamentos y me aseguro que estén completamente limpios y funcionales por eso hago la mención.

Die Lage und die gute Busanbindung.
Kommunikation nur über eine Wohnungsverwaltung. Seitenweise Texte auf Spanisch per WhatsApp. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände sind stark abgenutzt. Die Duschkabine schließt nicht und es fehlt eine ganze Verglasung. Überschwemmungsgefahr. Die Wohnung ist zudem extrem hellhörig, sowohl von oben, als auch von den Nachbarn nebenan. Gespräche in Zimmerlautstärke und Stühle rücken hört man deutlich. Im Treppenhaus und in der Küche herrschte ein unangenehmer Geruch. Vom Wärmetauscher im Innenhof kam ein lautes Brummen. Bei offenem Fenster nicht zu ertragen. Auf unsere Hinweise auf die Mängel (Dusche) wurde nicht reagiert.
