This apartment is on the ground floor, with direct access to the promenade and beach from the balcony.
Independent access from the promenade that allows to enter and exit the apartment without using common areas and without contacting others.
A living room/dining room with sofa bed, kitchen, two bedrooms (one with double bed, another one with two beds) and two full bathrooms. Very comfortable. Beautiful sights of the seaside, amazing sunrise. Everything you need to spend a beautiful vacation.

This place is also known as Little Venice, for its beautiful set up and houses between water channels that open out to the open sea. It is full of restaurants, plenty of shops, squares, board walks, 2 pools to share, shared garden, children playground, and sports harbored with boats.
Boat rentals, water sports, pools, 4 kilometers away from the Old and New City of Valencia, the Museums, Planetarium, Oceanographic, La Ciudad de Las Ciencias y las Letras, The Palace of Music with outdoors Summer Concerts, Theaters, Tascas and Bars giving a bohemiam ambiance to the old part of this historic City.

Clean apartment, great views of the beach, good communication, kind host, plenty of restaurants nearby, and supermarket 10-minute walk away. We got there the evening before labor day and the host told us all shops would be closed the next day. They even drove us to the supermarket to get food before it closed. I would definitely recommend this place, we had a great time there.

Easy 15 mi. Drive to city center.

Fantastic stay….location, location, location. Great property in a beautiful setting. Incredibly helpful owner and easy check in process. Having the option of the pool is fantastic and if you go when it opens you pretty much have it to yourself.

We had a great stay here. Jose was really helpful and the apartment was perfect size for 5 of us. The sofa bed was very comfortable and the sea was so handy and warm. We went into Valencia by bus several times and the service is great (euro 1.45 each way). There is a great restaurant in the place and others nearby
