Very modern in a old character building, superbly cleaned, spacious bedrooms & kitchen, very comfortable beds, good central heating, nice showers in both bathrooms, all perfectly prepared. That’s how accomodation should be each time!
A bit too pricey for just the two of us, however very good value for 4 people sharing.
One little thing - windows are quite heavy to open and quite deep hence harder for a smaller person to open. My partner managed to open those.

Very clean, comfortable, lovely views, lovely greeting recognising our previous visit there( we intend to come back again), most things you need are there. Excellent communication.
A long beautiful walk to get into inverness particularly if avoiding most traffic and excellent bus service almost to the door

Kitchen knives are blunt. Perhaps a sharpener and a wooden cutting block to reduce blunting.
A pizza wheel would be good and a second tray.
Since no cleaning for longer stays, perhaps more supplies for longer stays. Decaff coffee and tea?

The apartment is away from the city centre but there is a bus stop at the door and we found parking in the city relatively easy when we drove there Having a designated parking spot outside the apartment was a big help. Kyron left coffee and some other basics in the kitchen, which was a nice touch.
When we arrived there was a strong smell from the cleaning products that had been used and we had to air the apartment out.

The entire apartment was huge! Was very amazed by this. Kyron (host) was also very friendly and prompt with replying to all messages via the chat function. It was a self check in and instructions were easy to follow! Free parking was provided at the compound. Washing machine and all kitchen amenities were provided. We were so happy with the welcome pack in the kitchen! One room came with an en-suite toilet and the other toilet is near the main door :) entire apartment was so clean and the washing machine even came with 2 free laundry capsules! We drove so the location was not a problem!
No lift up, but the flight of steps was ok for our 4 large luggage. Our husbands did all the carrying while the wives waited upstairs ;) apartment was on the second floor.

The apartment was spotless and modern. We loved the big kitchen and dining area and all the appliances were of good quality. We appreciated the hamper when we arrived too. The location was a short drive to Loch Ness and other areas of natural beauty.
Would of liked televisions in the bedrooms but wasnt really a problem.

this is purely a personal perspective, the furnishing are sparce and the kitchen equipment is just adequate . Only comfortable seating for 3 in the sitting room where as we were 4 adults. no hooks anywhere, but that is a small issue.

I lived in Inverness in the 1960s and remember this building when it was originally used as a hospital.
The conversion in recent years (2020 ?) to luxury house and apartments has been superbly and extremely tastefully done.
There was nothing that I did not like.

Appartement is big and very well equipped. It was very clean, and we appreciated the small gifts: orange juice and milk in the fridge, chips, bread, marmelade among other things. Excellent appartement, higlhy recommended, and we would definetly come back. Huge thanks to our host.

The apartment appeared brand and was spotless. The owner had left small items, like snacks, milk, bathrooms supplies - which was great. The apartment was very, very comfortable.
You will need a car to get to the apartment - which we knew when booking. A really minor point - but doorstops for bedrooms would be great. Otherwise - PERFECT

Nothing at all, but just thought a bit more kitchen stuff to cook with. Oh, and a stool or something similar in the hall to sit on for taking and putting on outside shoes. Quite minor though overall

I'm sure has happen to everyone during a trip, to think about the hotel room or apartment we have booked and wish it will be nice and confortable. In this case, the best of your expectations, will never reach what you will found at No. 49 apartment. Everything was just perfect. Cleaning, room space, bathroom, kitchen, everything you may desire for breakfast. Perfect location and front door private parking. More then beautiful and with some details and attention from the owner that denote great sensitivity and respect for his guests. We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

The owner was amazing. Reached out to us from the beginning and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was new, clean and we could tell the owners had thought through every detail to make it comfortable for us. From providing everything we would need for a quick morning breakfast to slippers, they went the green xtra mile. The bedrooms were lovely with comfortable beds and plenty of room. Just close enough to the city to get there within a few minutes, yet far enough away to enjoy outdoor walks when there was time for it with beautiful views of the city.
The weather was quite warm during our stay. It would be nice to have some electric fans to cool down the bedrooms. Also, the washer and dryer combination never fully dried our clothes even though we ran the dryer for almost 2 hours. However, we were happy to be able to use a washer and just hung our clothes to finish drying.

Beautifully presented apartment in a historic building. Fully equipped with all amenities. Although we travelled by car, there is an excellent bus service to and from the town centre and further afield. Situated in an idyllic residential area with walking, hiking and cycling trails literally on the door step.

Our stay here was simply lovely! The owner was easy to contact, and promptly addressed and resolved any and all concerns we had. The property was newly renovated, spacious, clean, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities and essentials you could possibly need (plus some wonderful extras from the owner). This place is close enough to the city centre to do any dining or shopping, yet is located in a tranquil area that boasts beautiful views of both the city and the breathtaking natural surroundings. It truly felt so safe and private! With stellar views, an all-inclusive experience, and such a kind owner, what more can you ask for? We knew we would have a good stay coming here, but it turned out to be a great stay. Our only regret is that we had to leave.

Beautiful apartment. Tastefully decorated throughout. Owner provided ample provisions to cover a lovely breakfast for all and drinks when needed during our stay. In a lovely setting with great views and only an eight minute drive from the centre of the city. A regular bus service to the city was available only 70 metres away. Lovely high ceilings gave it that spacious feeling. Exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend this apartment.

The area was quiet with beautiful woodland walks nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. The beds were really comfortable. The tray of breakfast items was a thoughtful additional touch as was the wee dram! We would recommend this apartment to others and would return in the future.
To further improve the experience, we would suggest additional serving items (bowls, plates and utensils, foil and clingfilm). Somewhere to hang our coats would have been useful rather than having to hang wet coats in the wardrobe as would extra hangars (3 per person not enough when we were staying for 6 days!).
