Casa con vistas al mar con piscina

We had an amazing stay! The house is well located at a walking distance to the centre of Porto Covo. It has a great outdoor area with a comfy sofa, dining table, swimming pool and a bit of a sea view! Inside, the house was spotless, very well equipped, and incredibly comfortable – it easily accommodated all 10 of us. It had everything we needed for a perfect weekend with friends. The owners were also great – they kindly allowed us a late check-out at no extra cost, which made our departure much easier and more relaxed. Overall, a wonderful place for a getaway with friends. Highly recommended!

Just a couple of small things: the smaller bedroom didn’t have a blackout curtain like the other rooms, and it would have been nice if the bathrooms had some basics like shampoo and body soap.

Cozinha e sala bem equipadas para grandes grupos. Boa localização, a uma distância curta das praias (a pé). Casa com grande potencial para uma estadia agradável, no entanto um pouco descuidada, o que é pena. Boa comunicação com o Sr Paulo que foi prestável e disponível, dados algumas situações desconfortáveis com as chaves de entrada e a falta de arejamento da casa.

A casa cheirava muito a mofo, teve que estar sempre arejada durante toda a estadia e alguma roupa de cama não cheirava a limpa, o que deixaram alguns dos meus amigos muito descontentes, por questões de alergias. Muitas obras ainda à volta da casa...é um condomínio recente

Decoração da casa muito agradável, com bastante conforto e muito bem equipada na cozinha com tudo o q pode fazer falta para uma família numerosa e com miúdos pequenos.

O comando/instalação dos toldos elétricos exteriores precisam de vistoria técnica, recolhem sozinhos várias vezes por dia, sem qualquer interferência dos ocupantes da casa.

Cleaning upon checking in was not good. The exterior sofas were covered in sand. The swimming pool was dirty, with lots of dead bugs on the bottom. The owner was informed, but it was cleaned 2 days before checking out. We were told that pool maintenance is only made on tuesdays and thursdays, but nobody showed up on tuesday. We asked for tools to clean it, but nothing happened. One of the bathrooms' sewage was blocked. We could not use it until 3 days after checking in, when finally someone showed up to fix it. The sewage box outside was flooded and there was a constant sewage smell. The bbq sink was leaking and out of service. Despite all of this, we were enjoying our stay and we waiting problems to be fixed patiently. However, we didn't feel the same attitude from the owner when, the day after checking out, we got a message from them asking about a missing awning remote control, suggesting that if it was not found it would mean she had to replace all the awning and it would cost 2000 euros. The remote was found after a few hours. The house was part of an under construction condominium, so it was noisy
