We stayed in this beautiful villa for a week in August - and would happily have stayed much longer had it not been already booked. We had the most restful, happy holiday.
The villa is even better than it seems in the pictures. Spacious, very well maintained, and equipped with everything we could have wanted. It was perfectly private and quiet and, looking out over seemingly endless tree tops, the only sound was the breeze in the branches and bird song.
It is located in a very well-designed and maintained development of similar houses about 15 minutes inland from Comporta (AMAZINGLY beautiful beaches!) - pretty much at the mid-way point to the pretty town of Alcacer. It enjoys the use of the communal tennis courts and a small restaurant (where you can also order fresh bread for breakfast) - but it would be perfectly possible to see nobody and do nothing.
We would definitely recommend this villa to others seeking a calm, restful holiday.
