Clean & tidy property, pool nice & clean, kids certainly enjoyed it, nice outdoor barbecue area, car 10 mins to shops, 12 mins to Sesimbra, golf & train station within 25 mins, owner very friendly & on hand if any issues.

My family and I stayed at this villa for 4 nights. The owners of the property were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay. The villa itself is huge with a very large outdoor pool and nice traditional Portuguese decoration, only a few minutes away from various supermarkets and 10 minutes drive away from Sesimbra beaches and town centre. Highly recommend for large groups!

Overall me and my family, consisting of 11 people, had a lovely stay in Mr. Daniel's house. It is obvious to see that he is investing heavily in updating the property and bringing it up to a very high standard. It is still an unfinished project though giving it an 'aiming for perfect, but not there yet' vibe. The bedrooms have all been recently refurbished with fresh paint and new beds/mattresses and the living area has also recently been redone. The kitchen however is still a work in progress and not up to par as are some of the bathrooms. The pool/garden area is also still in transition with parts being recently redone and some parts that still have pallets and old chairs/sunbeds in them.
Mr. Daniel was very forthcoming when it came to solving issues so the not so perfect parts were no real bother. Only 'real' issue was the pool which left a number of bathing suits with permanent green stains but who's complaining ;-).
