Great owner and amazing location. Everything was great in our stay.

The shower leaked onto the floor. This caused a smell in the shower room. The directions to find the property were very confusing. The consierge was excellent but it would have been great if they would have sentctheir messages in English as we don’t speak French!

Very well equipped apartment in a great location, everything within walking distance - beaches, swimming pool with diving towers, shops, restaurants. Rooms, bathroom and toilet are clean, kitchen well stocked, fridge with ice dispenser. Private parking in the courtyard. Perfect!

We caught very warm weather and air conditioning would have helped a lot...

The lounge and the bedrooms are enormous and the location right by the lake to walk along into Evian was superb. The main bedroom bed is really comfortable and the place is very well-equipped, especially the kitchen which has everything you might need. Take coffee bags as that is the machine in place! The towels and bedding were of high quality and the temperature in the place was extremely comfortable considering it was -6 degrees outside. We had a problem with the tv and wifi the first night, and the concierge came back to us immediately with support. We had a few particular issues (below) but we did feel the place was good value and well positioned.

Whilst it is good to have a parking space, with our big car it was very difficult to get into. We had to stop traffic and reverse into the road to make the turn up the ramp, and then it took many points of turning to get our car into position to park. We have a Duster and we didn't feel our car was safe on the parking space provided as it was so close to the edge which is held up with wooden stakes and because the space is on the end, we were sticking out causing difficulties for the others parked there, so we opted to park in the road which was fine as it was only E3.50 a day and much easier to get to. A smaller car might be fine. The access to the two bathrooms is very tight, although the main bathroom is very big, the space to get into it between the bath and the sink unit is narrow and the shower room is very difficult to get into. We had a 3rd adult staying who had some mobility issues and it was very difficult for them to get into either as they couldn't get their aids past the sinks so although the flat looks big, this could be an issue for people with these problems. It's also very difficult to access as the stairs are steep or they would have to go up the ramp which is also very steep and then in through the back doors. It's also worth noting that the only real bed is in the main bedroom, the other two beds are both sofa-beds. The sofas in the lounge are a very long way back from the tv and very low to get out of (although comfortable once you are on them!), so we moved them closer which was not a problem as they split.

The house is old with smells, not easy to find it, not easy to get the keys, not easy to open, provided ten different keys where only one to guess to be the right one, no logical indications, no conctrete answers from the host by messages, kind of robot to reply without answering; nobody to explain on the site; appartement is above the restaurant and the night bar with noise all night longue. The shower needs some refreshments to be done. Not for the high level of the guests. The beds are not comfortable and with smells from the painting in the room. The only good point is spacious living room to sit in and partial view to the lake.

I recommend this place as it's a good value for money. It has a great location where you can see the lake from the balcony, you're right by the centre nautique and only 10 min from the center by walking. On top, there is a great patisserie and pizza place just downstairs. Inside the house is spacious and mostly renovated. The parking with garage door is a big benefit. There is the balcony in the back where you can relax as well. The kids also liked the jacuzzi and the fridge with ice maker.

Cleanliness was our only concern, especially in the living room and kitchen; however nothing major.
