Charming appartment with everything we needed for our family gateway. Great location, a lot of different restaurants nearby, nice promenade for a walk. Can highly recommend

It was a bit challenging for us to find parking nearby for us, so we left a car a bit futher.

The apartment is perfect and we loved our stay!

The location is great. The pizza downstairs is great, it just isn't open as often as we would have liked. The location is close walking to shops, restaurants, grocery, and the ferry. A

The stairs are very steep and narrow, making it difficult to bring luggage up and down.

There was a bakery near the place. It opened early and served fresh-baked French bread. Besides the bread, I had to buy milk, sausage, and salad at the supermarket in advance of the evening of the previous day.

I couldn't easily find the key. Fortunately, a neighbor passed by, so I asked him to call the host. Without him, my family and I would wait and stood in the heavy rain for a long time then.

Très bon appartement bien équipé et au calme pour un court séjour dans le centre d’evian.

Emplacement. Très calme. Hyper centre, zone piétonne et commerces à proximité. Tout peut se faire à pied. Proximité du lac. Parking public payant mais accessible à proximité. Appartement spacieux pour 4 personnes. Bon équipement pour cuisine. Équipement internet très bien. Salle d’eau bien équipée et propre. Machine à laver la vaisselle et linge. Literie très correcte. Accueil et suivi par hôtes parfait. Cave à vins à un tarif très abordable. Petits équipements de séjour déjà dispos ( eau, sacs poubelles, éponges, papier toilette, parapluie, liquide vaisselle, etc.) et qui font une vraie différence en termes de qualité de service. Merci!

Escalier pour accéder à l’appartement un peu raide. Quelques rénovations mineures à envisager : lunette wc, ampoule plafonnier de la chambre avec fenêtre hs, essoreuse à salade hs, fixation du store intérieur sur porte d’entrée hs. Cela ne nuit pas à la qualité du séjour.

Très bien équipé et très bien placé. Décoration sympa. Informations avant et pendant le voyage envoyées par les propriétaires, au top. Quelques suggestions mineures d’amélioration faites directement à eux. Nous avons eu de la chance par rapport au stationnement, nous avons trouvé de la place à chaque fois (et gratuit le week-end).
