Amazing View - fully equipped

The VIEW was simply AMAZING! Well renovated, clean, we had everything we needed: a full equipped kitchen, high chair and crib available, 2 full bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub), and incredible internet speed. The communication was easy and fast with the owners. We stayed a full week with 3 young kids (7 yo., 4 yo, and 18 months). The free on-site parking and the elevator are also really nice to have with luggage and stroller.

For families with toddlers, just to keep in mind that since it's a 2 floor apartment, the stairs are steep. I didn't ask for one, but maybe there was a baby gate or something else available to block the access.

Es ist eine schöne und gemütliche Wohnung mit Balkon und Blick auf Genfer See. Man hat viel Platz. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett.

An der Wohnung war nichts auszusetzen. Die Küche war komplett,es fehlte an nichts.

Nous avons passé un séjour d’enfer à Evian grâce à la situation de cet appartement, nous avons pu voir le côté montagne

Les photos ne rendent pas justice à l’appartement dans lequel on se sent comme dans une maison individuelle. Il y a de nombreux balcons, ce qui permet de vivre aussi en extérieur. La vue sur le lac est exceptionnelle, cela va sans dire! Nous y trouvons une bonne partie voir quasiment tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer un bon séjour : au niveau de la cuisine, de la salle de bain, des toilettes, les hôtes ont pensé à tout. Les places de parking à proximité sont aussi un atout

S’il faut en trouver un point négatif, j’aurais trouvé un lit superposé plus large car cela convient un peu à un groupe d’adultes.
