JB and his daughter Laurie offer you their very bright 90 mยฒ duplex apartment, freshly renovated with its panoramic view of the lake and Lausanne. Its 2 large spacious terraces facing the lake will welcome you for moments of relaxation and pleasure.

- On the ground floor, a very bright living room with large bay windows overlooking the lake will welcome you with its open kitchen giving direct access to its large terrace and garden furniture.
- Its rest area with 2 sofas (one of which is convertible) and television, ideally located with a lake view.
- A fully equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, etc.) and washing machine.
- The master bedroom with its very comfortable and quality mattress, its dressing room, its 160 cm bed and its small balcony.
