About this apartment rental

T3 apartment of 73 m2 furnished, refurbished May 2017. Located on the Quai d'Evian, 10 mins walk from the thermal baths and the landing stage, 5 mins from the Casino, shops and restaurants, 2 mins from the swimming pool, 1 mins from the bus station.

Private parking space.

Equipped kitchen open to the living room and dining room: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, and all kitchen utensils.

Sleeps: bedroom 1 with 1 bed 160 X 200 - bedroom 2 with 2 beds 90 X 200 - in the living room, 1 new 140 X 190 convertible sofa, with real mattress.

1 bathroom, 1 en-suite shower room bedroom 1

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very nice. It is on the perfect location for walking to the city center and also for walking along the promenade. Having a parking space was also very helpful. Catherine was really nice and helpful when needed.

Great location to explore from and lovely apartment. Parking was a learning curve, but once sorted it was very convenient, just a dozen meters away from the front entrance.

We could check in 3 hours earlier and we were so happy to have much time to settle down. Location is so good, especially we could buy fresh bread and get Evian's water every morning. We hope to come back again! Catherine, thank you very much for your good hospitality‼︎

The apartment was immaculate, with high quality fittings, towels and bed linen. Very comfortable beds. The proximity to the lake, restaurants and shops was excellent. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Could be noisy at times from traffic and the coach station which is immediately in front of the apartments. Our booking was for two couples as the apartment was described as having two bedrooms each with en-suite facilities. However, neither of the en-suite bathrooms has a wc. In this respect we feel the description was misleading as it does not mention that there is only one wc in the apartment (with no washbasin) which is separate from both bedrooms.

Notre séjour a malheureusement était court mais appartement magnifique, rien a redire sur une prestation de standing. Excellent accueil et renseignements, appartement très propre, au calme et très bien situe avec 2 chambres très confortables, 2 salles de bains impeccables, cuisine spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. Le parking a proximité et la sécurité des lieux sont un plus. Je recommande vraiment cette location.

Appartement très bien situé, bien agencé et bien équipé, propre, bonne literie, vue sur lac. Le seul point négatif : quand il fait très chaud (ce qui était le cas pour la semaine où nous y étions), nous étions obligés d'ouvrir toutes les fenêtres (il n'y a pas de climatisation) et avions le bruit de la rue très passagère en dessous de la résidence.

Séjour très agréable à Evian dans l'appartement de Catherine BUGNON. L'appartement est spacieux , très clair , très bien équipé et il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. De plus il est idéalement placé pour visiter Evian à pied. Egalement le parking à 2 pas est un plus incontestable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Nous avons loué l'appartement 9 jours et nous sommes enchantés, il est conforme à l'annonce et aux photos, il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, bien agencé, les matelas et les électroménagers nouveaux et de qualités. Il est bien situé, accès à la piscine, aux commerces et restaurants à pieds. Je tiens à préciser que nous n'avons pas du tout été dérangé par le traffic car ça m'avait un peu refroidie lorsque je l'ai lu dans les commentaires. La propriétaire et sa voisine qui nous a accueilli sont très sympathiques.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Frau Bugnon hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und betreut. Die Lage war nicht so überzeugend, man hatte zwar eine schönen Blick auf den See, jedoch war direkt vor der Wohnung ein Busbahnhof und die Durchgangsstraße von Evian und deshalb sehr laut. Was uns ebenfalls nicht gefallen hat war die Tiefgarage des Objekts: völlig heruntergekommen und verdreckt, außerdem gab es keine Möglichkeit die mitgebrachten Räder abzustellen (mussten immer auf dem Fahrradständer des Autos montiert werden).
