Old style chalet accommodation with good facilities. On site heated pool was great facility to have.

Good value for money for a family if you want to visit and tour around Evian les Bains.

The chalet we stayed in was large, warm, with a good view over Lake Leman. Good for walking and sightseeing around Evian. Children enjoyed the indoor heated swimming pool. Good quality white sheets, very clean. Very good value for money.

Accomodation has been well used, so showing some ageing/ deterioration and could have been cleaner.

Avoid this ‘Hotel’

This is not a hotel, you have to make your bed!!! And leave the room extremely tidy; remove bed sheets, you need to buy towel (2 towel); there are no toilet paper (toilet pot was broken). They call themselves eco hotel, however you need to buy dish washer, sponge, kitchen towel, just for few days and throw away. They threaten to charge for cleaning if you don't clean. You barely find a staff around (if so, rude); pool is ok but a but depressing. Nice view.

For an economical stay where you chill and don’t go far, this is a very good option.

Great view at the top of the hill, pool, ping pong and swing available, quiet area, good weather, little store and playground and a few restaurants 15 min walk down the hill. The kitchen is stocked with necessary tools. Laundry facility on site. Decent patio furniture. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

As it is at the top of the hill and the city is at the bottom, and taxis don’t particularly care to go there apparently?, it was difficult get get down there and explore. Also, not much is included in your price. You will have to make your own beds and pay for using towels. There is no hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper beyond what’s on the roll, or anything else. it is bare bones. Which isn’t a huge deal, you just need to know ahead of time and take a trip to the store. Also, the pool closes at 7 despite the fact that it doesn’t get dark until after 10. We would have loved to spend the evenings in the pool enjoying its very excellent view.

Confusing communication, millions of mails before and after arrival. Some information would be very useful before arrival. All basic services cost extra - soap, towel, kitchen necessities, internet (bed linen is in the price) Small balcony with all the trash coming from upper balconies, blocked in with overgrown hedges.

To me it was not what I hoped for... I felt like we were 2 of all the 200, 300, 400 or 500 other guests ..... Places as big and unpersonal as these are not my favoriet ... I should have known that. Nevertheless we enyoid the surroudings - went to Genève and made trips on our bycicles.

The chalet needs some renovation, used and dirty. The sofa had lot of stain everywhere no cover available. I guess people who book should be careful as well. Also we had to pay additional after booking for 1 Pet (60€ not mentioned on Booking), toilet and bed sheets. All of this wasn't mentioned On top, they are not even able to prepare the bed or give you a decent towel. Please don't say it's covid-19 because we rent few place before and this wasn't the case, I am sure you can fix few thing for better stay of your future customers.

Nice stay, relaxing, good location just outside of town.

Simple but clean. Beds ferme. Location is good higher above the lake for nice views. There is a cable car 10min walk away to get u in center of Evian. Has facilities that families will enjoy. Staff is friendly. Calm.

Thought it was expensive for presentation. Could use some freshening up for the cost. Apartment and the grounds. Ground floor apartments have a hedge in front of patio. As it may be nice for privacy for those units that have no lake view, it is extremely disappointing for those that do, once sitting on the patio you only see hedge and not the lake. Real shame these few Lake view units aren’t taken into consideration.

Very interesting area around Évian. Accomodation ok.

The view from the third floor on the lake Leman. Very beautiful sunset from the little balcony.

The heat in the evenings because the apartment is on the top floor West facing. The vegetable peeler was not great. The parasol on the balcony kept falling over, a proper folding arm awning would more susitable on the top floor.

Top Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Da macht man auch mal ein paar Abstriche!

Die Lage der Residenz am Waldrand über Evian war schon sehr beeindruckend. Dazu muss man sagen, dass es sich auf jedenfall lohnt, zumindest den seitlichen Seeblick zu buchen. Das Schlafzimmer mit zusätzlichem Ausgang zum Balkon ist schön und ebenso wie das Bad geräumig. Auch hat uns gefallen, dass man mit der Standseilbahn einfach kostenlos nach Evian runter fahren kann, besonders da die Parkplatzsuche dort schwierig ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Samstags stehen zum Gepäcktragen Rollies zur Verfügung. Von hier aus kann man viele Ausflüge machen, ob in das bergige Hinterland, zu den schön angelegten Badewiesen von Publier oder in die kleineren Orte am See wie z.B. Saint-Gingolph. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, sogar auch dann, wenn das Wetter nicht so gut war.

Es gab eigentlich nur zwei Sachen, die für uns nicht so "prickelnd" waren: einmal die unpraktische, enge Kochnische, die schon einige Überschwemmungen hinter sich hatte und zweitens haben wir einige Zeit gebraucht, bis wir uns besonders nachts an das Brummen im Flur - wahrscheinlich von der Lüftungsanlage - gewöhnt haben. Das alte Design der Einrichtung hat uns weniger gestört.

Dans l’ensemble, c'était un agréable séjour, je recommande pour le cadre et la proximité du centre

j’ai beaucoup aimé la ville d'Evian, son charme et son ambiance agréable. L’établissement est idéalement situé, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la station du funiculaire (gratuit qui permet d'arriver au bord du lac en 5 minutes). J’ai particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le charme authentique des chalets, qui donnent un vrai caractère au lieu.

Les chambres étaient assez humides, ce qui rendait les nuits un peu compliquées : même avec les couettes, on avait constamment la sensation d’avoir froid. Bien sûr, cela n’était la faute de personne, car nous y étions en septembre et il avait plu. Pas de vente d’eau ou de boissons type sodas, ni de distributeur, ce qui est dommage.

Ça aurait pu être tellement mieux avec un peu d'effort !

L'extérieur qui fait vraiment petit village de vacances, avec piscine et vu sur le Léman. Le service à pain sur commande qui dépanne vachement bien surtout que les boulangeries ne sont vraiment pas légion !

Le logement vraiment vraiment petit pour 4, frigo miniature, un freezer qui ne congèle même pas les pains de glace pour les sorties... Le pire de tout ! Dernier étage côté soleil, chaleur insupportable, impossible de rester dans l'appartement, ni de profiter du balcon, ni de dormir ni rien ! Ceux côté piscine n'ont clairement pas passé les mêmes vacances que nous car bien mieux orientés !

Bardzo miłe panie na recepcji , możliwość zamówienia pieczywa , miejsce parkingowe ,mimo ze był to duży ośrodek było bardzo cicho , piękny widok na jezioro , dostępny basen tez na plus .

Wyposażenie w apartamencie trochę przestarzałe , mimo zgłoszenia rezerwacji z pieskiem dostaliśmy apartament z niezabezpieczonym małym tarasem na parterze , opłata za psa 100€ za tydzień powinna być zawarta w opisie , 300 € kaucji również , cena za apartament jest zbyt wysoka do jakości zakwaterowania.

pour 850 € la semaine, on s'attendait à un appartement d'une autre qualité ce dernier n'était pas propre (miettes sous la table) pas de rangement sous l'évier de la salle de bain les meubles de la cuisine étaient de médiocre qualité les oreillers sont des vrais "crèpes" on avait loué jusqu'au samedi. On est partit jeudi matin

Einfach nur Zweckmäßig Zum Übernachten ok, aber man hat sich gefühlt, wie in den 90ern, schön ist anders Küche wie Campingküche, sehr klein, Fliesen zerbrochen
