The modern kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped for easy meal preparation, featuring a four-ring ceramic stove, combination microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, and fridge. In the comfortable bedroom, you’ll find a double bed and a single fold-away bed, perfect for families or small groups looking for flexible sleeping arrangements. The bathroom includes a bathtub or shower and toilet, offering everything you need for a restful and rejuvenating stay. Outside, enjoy the shared indoor swimming pool — a calm, heated haven for relaxation any time of year. The apartment also offers convenient heating, cozy garden furniture on the balcony or terrace, and on-site parking for your comfort.

The deposit must be paid in cash and that the customer must provide a bank account number so that the deposit is returned to him, which is far from what we ask. The deposit can be by credit card or cash, it is returned on site after inventory (if cash) or is canceled within 24/48 hours (if credit card)
