City Dream - Apartment Top 3 self check-in

Die Lage am Fuß des Schlossberges war super. Wir konnten mit dem Hund am Schlossberg Gassi gehen und zu Fuß waren wir in ein paar Minuten direkt am Hauptplatz in Graz. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos mit Code und Schlüsselsafe. Für den Wagen haben wir gleich einen Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage in der Nähe mitgebucht, das war bequem. Der Hund war willkommen, eine Gebühr von 10.- Euro pro Nacht ist aktzeptabel. Das Apartment war sauber, Bad mit Fenster, die Betten waren bequem und es war eigentlich alles da, was man brauchte. Das Haus selbst liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, das Apartment geht aber nach hinten Richtung Schlossberg raus und ist schön ruhig auch mit gekipptem Fenster.

Das Bett war mit einer Seite an der Wand, so musste die hinten schlafende Person über das Fußende aussteigen. Für uns kein Problem, für alte Leute nicht so optimal.

Property as described- it is a small studio flat with no air con but we knew this, it was super clean, good facilities: coffee machine, dishwasher. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Great location.

No air con

I stayed here for 6 weeks and can definetly say it was one of the best accommodations I’ve ever experienced, especially for a long-term stay. The location is excellent, close to the city center, especially the nicer part and close to the tower access (a walking path that leads uphill is only a minute from the building). A lot of buses and trams stop right in front of the entrance, with great connections throughout the city and to all the main points of interest. The area also feels very safe, even late at night. I especially appreciated that the window in the room faced the hillside, and I could enjoy fresh air, peace and quiet. The room was clean and well-equipped, with everything you need: electric stove and oven, dishwasher, and all the necessary cookware. The bed was large and comfortable. The heating system worked very well—being there during the winter and early spring, there were some cold days, but the room stayed warm and cozy (I even had to turn the heat down at times). In front of the building, there’s also a nice bakery with great coffee and pastries. More than that, communication with Marcel was very good. He always responded quickly to anything I needed or asked (thanks for everything!)

It’s time to go, I wish I could stay a bit longer. 😁
