Central Athens Super View Loft

This a spacious loft with 2 balconies, one that catches the sun in the morning with sun beds and the other gets the sun in the evening and has a great view of the Acropolis. I was working remotely for the week and there was lots of room for the other guest to relax and enjoy the place too. The wifi was sufficient for emails and video calls. It has everything you need supplied including a great kitchen for cooking and large bathroom and laundry room. The location is perfect as our favourite areas are Monastiraki and Psyri, everything is on your doorstep. The host is very nice and helpful. We will definitely be returning for our next stay in Athens.

Location is central; very good. Building is not new, but apartment is modern, quite recent renovated; very nice modern design.

Some things are not perfect: elevation is very noisy in service. During sleep you will be awaken. Our luck was that after 31st December entire building was empty, so no noise :). Also is cold during winter, so AC will be used to heat the enormous space. On cloudy days and cold during december, solar system that heats the water will not heat enough the water: you need to start manually the electric boiler from electricity panel (probably this happens only few days a year, but is good to know).

Riesige Loft, schöne Möbel, gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Terrassen, zentrale aber ruhige Lage.

Nur kleinste Details in einer ansonsten perfekten Wohnung: Die elektrischen Sonnenstoren haben nicht funktioniert und haben stets die Aussicht versperrt. Lauter Lift gleich neben dem Schlafzimmer.
