Location is central; very good. Building is not new, but apartment is modern, quite recent renovated; very nice modern design.
Some things are not perfect: elevation is very noisy in service. During sleep you will be awaken. Our luck was that after 31st December entire building was empty, so no noise :). Also is cold during winter, so AC will be used to heat the enormous space. On cloudy days and cold during december, solar system that heats the water will not heat enough the water: you need to start manually the electric boiler from electricity panel (probably this happens only few days a year, but is good to know).

Riesige Loft, schöne Möbel, gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Terrassen, zentrale aber ruhige Lage.
Nur kleinste Details in einer ansonsten perfekten Wohnung: Die elektrischen Sonnenstoren haben nicht funktioniert und haben stets die Aussicht versperrt. Lauter Lift gleich neben dem Schlafzimmer.

It is a spacious and beautiful apartment with an amazing view. I particularly liked the attention to details of the interior design, the two terraces and the big shower. The multiple windows keep it full of light during the day and very impressive at night, having the Acropolis insight. It is modern, clean and well equipped.
Hard not to like something about it.
