Modern Athens Apartment with Large Private Balcony and Free Parking

Location, clean, comfy beds, outdoors area, friendly neighbourhood, air-conditioning, bath and shower. 5 mins to Metro. Good lighting and bright airy.

Couldn't find the chopping board....so it's that's the worst!!!!

Truly a wonderful stay!! Phenomenal unit, extremely clean, great central location, well stocked kitchen, very nice bathroom, and extremely hospitable. The balcony was a great plus! Wish we could have spent more time here. Communication was also amazing by the host. You can tell there is a lot of effort put in to being an amazing host. Highly recommend!

The apartment was great! Whilst it is compact, it comfortably fit 3 of us. The host, Stavroula, had left a stocked fridge and plenty of goodies in the kitchen cupboards. It is a newly renovated apartment. The bathroom is a decent size, and the shower is spacious with good water pressure. The washing machine was great. The sofa can easily extend to become a bed and then it was essential to pack it back up during the day as it did take up the whole walkway, but that was ok. The balcony was amazing with plenty of room and was really nice to sit in the evening. There is a lift in the building which was very convenient. I recommend going straight downwards on the ramp when you first enter the building (keep walking past the steps that take you up a level) then turn left at the Christening shop and you will find a lift. When you come down in the lift, press 'H' which will take you to that same level; much better that going via the steps, esepcially with suitcases.

The aircon really let this apartment down unfortunately. It just was not cooling at all and it wasn't in a very good spot to be able to cool the apartment. For the last couple nights of our stay we had to sleep with the balcony doors open. There wasn't any cleaning supplies aside from washing machine pods which were great, and there wasn't anywhere to hang our washed clothes except for a really small rack on the balcony which didn't hold very much. There also weren't any spare rubbish bags left in the bathrooms for the toilet rubbish, which would have been helpful to have.
