Head across the decking to the self-contained apartment above the main house. Here you'll find your super-king bed, en-suite and a snug lounge area overlooking the Alpaca fields. Enjoy your private, secret garden set in the woodland where owls hoot and hedgehogs rustle. There's a fire pit for chilly evenings, a woodland barbecue area and an outdoor bath with a backdrop of towering trees is the cherry on top. Tucked into the ancient landscape of Carmarthenshire there are 200 miles of coastline wrap around and three coastal towns within thirty minutes drive. And then there are your immediate surroundings; a hammock on your decking and ten acres of land with roaming alpacas and river frontage, all in a cosy hamlet. Perfect when you need to retreat from the retreat. Home truths: * The host needs a minimum notice period of 3 nights. same day check-in are not allowed. *Due to the outdoor terrain, the home isn’t suitable for guests with reduced mobility *The home is in two parts, with the bedroom, living area and bathroom in the main house, but separate to the hosts, and a separate 'writer's cabin' with kitchen facilities *You will need a vehicle if you plan on getting out and about. *There are parking spaces for two cars with this home and EV charging *There is no oven in the kitchen but there is a small hob and microwave *The laptop-friendly desk doubles as the kitchen table in the cabin which is designed as a writer's retreat *As this home is in a rural location, the phone signal is limited in places
