Everything, I have booked this unit few times and I have always been happy about it

I spotted few cockroaches 😔, fumigation definitely needed. One other thing is last booking I made a booking for the same unit in for the 29 - 30 May 2026 and I was told to cancel because the unit was double booked. I was only alerted about this 3 days before my check-in also after I called in to confirm my booking. I had to find alternative accommodation which I paid double the amount. This has left me anxious with every booking and I have another book for Oct.

The location to the arena Extremely safe

Location a walking distance from a good shopping center with many restaurants to choose from. Nice helpful reception staff. Shower with good pressure and nice how water, though the door is too tight and I struggled to get into the shower. Ones in there it was well worth the effort.

The room set up is not nice. The bed is practically in the kitchen, toilet door opens straight next to teh stove in the kitchen. Have stayed in other units of this block with better set up. The cupboards are all too high. Glasses, pots etc on the top shelves way above the stove. I could not access the glasses kept in the top most shelve, simply used one cup that I reached. Though they have a security lockable box, I culd not reach it as in the uppermost shelve even while standing on the chair couldnt.. I am a normal height person - 160cm. A total disappointment all because of the set up I could not enjoy the amenities which were present in the room. Please note that this is unique to this unit. The owner would do well to rearrange the things to be user friendly
