The view and sun rise was amazing. The balcony was perfect for a morning coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the restaurant and pool area on the roof.

My access key did not work at first and I had to go back to reception.

What you see is exactly what you get. The apartment was spotless and smelled incredible from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Security was outstanding, and everything in the apartment worked perfectly. We worked from the apartment throughout the day and had absolutely no issues with the WiFi or electricity. It was also great to have both a kettle and a coffee machine available. A thoughtful touch was the extension cord behind the bed, allowing both sides easy access to charging points. The extra plugs for the hairdryer and iron were also very convenient. The blackout curtains were fantastic and made for a great night’s sleep. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention to detail went into finishing the apartment. There were also more than enough towels provided, which we really appreciated. Ilana was an exceptional host — always available, responding within minutes, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We only wish we had discovered this gem sooner. We will never stay anywhere else again when visiting Pretoria.

Having the option of both feather and standard pillows would have been a lovely added touch, but it certainly wasn’t a deal breaker. The bathroom has a window looking into the apartment, so when the light is switched on at night, it tends to illuminate much of the space.
